Gathering Information from Children Under Age Thirteen

We may use websites such as Survey Monkey and Formstack to deliver surveys and assessments to users as part of our programs. This information will be used to provide you information about yourself and to measure individual metrics related to individual and cohort progress. We also use this information to improve our programs and your overall experience as you access them.
