Jazmine Fenlator-Victorian is a driven and dedicated Olympic athlete who competed in the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Women’s Bobsled. She made a historical mark by being the Pilot that qualified the first ever Jamaican and Caribbean Women’s Winter Olympic Team to compete in the most recent Pyeong Chang 2018 Games. Jazmine is the Owner of the social media and branding consulting agency, GoalDen Theory. Jazmine is passionate about representation, diversity on and off the playing field and ensuring there is inclusivity in sport. Her hobbies include travel, cooking, hiking, photography, spending time with family and taking on new adventurous challenges.  She is also a member of the Board of Directors at eiFOCUS™, a non-profit organization that trains women and girls in sports to be confident and powerful leaders.

Sarah Kivel is a lifelong athlete and collegiate soccer player. She is also the Founder of eiFOCUS™ (www.eifocus.org), a non-profit organization whose purpose is to train women and girls in sports to be confident and powerful leaders. eiFCOUS™ works with athletes and coaches to improve performance by building the leadership skills of emotional intelligence. By strengthening performance on the playing field and strengthening key relationships between athletes and coaches, girls become confident, inspired and motivated to keep playing. Sarah is also a Leadership and Performance Executive Coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She works with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders in healthcare from all over the world on emotional intelligence coaching and focus training. Sarah is also is a Meta Coach and a member of the faculty at Goleman EI. She loves mountain biking, spending time with her family and traveling.
